The harvest festival — celebrated across caste, religion, and background — is a reminder that home is not just a place, it is a feeling. And for Keralites in Stavanger and Sandnes, ARK's Onam celebration is that feeling made real.
The Grand Sadya
The highlight of our Onam is the traditional Sadya — the legendary Kerala feast served on a banana leaf with over 20 dishes, from avial and olan to payasam. Every dish is lovingly prepared by our community members, carrying recipes and memories from kitchens back home.
