- Mobilize & Coordinate: Channeling the energy of our amazing volunteers, managing internal communications, and mapping out seamless event logistics.
- Pass Down Our Roots: Nurturing Keralite heritage, arts, and language so the next generation of Malayali-Norwegians grows up proud of their identity.
- Cultivate Lifelong Bonds: Creating intentional spaces that spark deep friendships, mutual support, and a true sense of belonging across Rogaland.

**Elections are held at the General Assembly during Onam: annually for Committee Members, and every two years for Executive Office Bearers.**
